W.E. Couplings have been established since 1999, specialising in the supply of standard and bespoke end connections for use with industrial hose and steel pipe. W.E. Couplings manufacture and stock a wide range of accessories for use in the fluid control industry.
W.E. Couplings incorporate fully operational machine and fabrication workshops using the latest CNC lathes, milling machines and welding equipment, which enable us to manufacture ninety percent of all fittings.
The couplings shown above are WEFLAT couplings. These couplings are available field fittable as shown above or swaged at our factory in Lancashire. The couplings are manufactured from aluminium giving the benefit of lightweight and strength.
The couplings are pushed together with ease and clamped with a single bot / pin arrangement as ashown above and below.
The WEFLAT coupling can be adapted to suit any on-site connection such as flanges or thread forms. They can also be supplied with weld prepped ends as shown below.
Dust caps are also available to prevent any unwanted objects entering the hose or media leaking after use.
W.E. Couplings carry an extensive stock of tube, flanges, formed elbows, tees, Bauer type connections etc as unfinished goods in both carbon and stainless steel, enabling us to create pipe adaptors to suit your individual application requirements.
